When Will My Images Be Ready?

Underclass images are typically ready within 7–21 days after Picture Day.

If you placed a pre-paid order, your order will be processed as soon as your student’s images are ready.

Digital downloads will be available shortly after the images are ready — no need to wait for prints.

Printed products can take up to 21 days after images are ready to arrive at your home.
What If My Student’s Account Says “Not Photographed”?
If you see “Not Photographed” in your student’s account, don’t worry — it will update once their images are processed and added to their profile.
Why Do I See Sample Images?
While your images are being processed, you may see sample images in your account. These are placeholders and will be replaced with your student’s actual photos once they’re ready.
