How to get it fixed
1. Submit a restoration request to our Customer Experience Team using this form:

2. On the form, tell us:

The file name or image number that’s showing up blank/black
3. Once we receive your request, we’ll reprocess the file. Restoration typically takes 24–48 hours, and we’ll update you as soon as it’s ready.
