Note: This information applies only to Underclass students (grades 9–11). Senior students have different rules and guidelines for portraits.
If your student was absent on Underclass Picture Day, they’ll have another opportunity on a scheduled Retake Day.
When Is Retake Day?

Retake Day is typically advertised through your school via flyers, announcements, or emails.

You can also check with your school’s yearbook advisor to confirm the date.

Notify your student’s teacher before Retake Day so they can provide a pass or make arrangements for your student to be photographed.
Important: If your student misses both Underclass Picture Day and Retake Day, we cannot guarantee their photo will appear in the yearbook.
What If My Student’s Profile Says “Not Photographed”?

If it has been less than 21 days since Picture Day, their images are likely still processing and have not yet been uploaded.

If it’s been more than 21 days, please submit a request so we can check on the status of their image.
