If the portfolio is not returned by the end of the 60-day deadline, the card on file will be charged the full retail value of the portfolio. This is $200 plus tax & shipping.
Return Your Portfolio:
If you'd prefer to return your portfolio, a pre-paid return label should have been included in the box for your convenience. Additionally, you can access and print a pre-paid return label by logging into your online Senior profile. Simply click on the “Portfolio” tab and select "Print Label." Be sure to return the portfolio and all included prints before the deadline to avoid any charges. A countdown to your deadline is also displayed in your profile, so you won’t lose track of time!
You may also return the portfolio and all included prints in person to any of our studio locations during regular business hours.
Portfolio Return Policy
- If Returned within 30 Days of the Charge Date: The Portfolio charge is eligible for a full refund.
- If Returned After 30 Day Window: The Portfolio charge is no longer eligible for a full refund and will be a CADY account credit instead.
The deadline is set 60 days from the date of your session.
