To access your digital images:
Senior
- Log into your account using your access token or your username and password.

From your dashboard, click on the “Gallery” tab.
Tip: On a mobile device, you may need to tap the three lines in the top right corner to see all menu options.
- On the Gallery page, you’ll see all available images for your student:
- Download individual images by clicking the cloud icon next to each one.
- Or, download all images at once by selecting “Download All Images”.
If you have more than one student, just click “Change Student” on the far left and select the correct name to view and download their images.
To access your digital images:
Underclass, Cap & Gown, Graduation, Athletic
Step 1: Access your Personalized Download Link: (Found in your email or on your order receipt)
Step 2: Allow file to fully download and open on your desktop or via the Files app on your phone
Step 3: Unzip the file and access the digital file(s)
- Disclaimer: The proof on the images will be removed once the images are downloaded.

Recently placed a digital order?
It may take 24–48 hours to receive your official email with the download link. If you try to download too soon after purchase, you may run into issues.

Purchased retouching?
You’ll initially see unretouched images in your gallery. Please wait for the official email download link to view the retouched versions.

Accessing older images?
If you’re downloading from a previous school year, the images may appear blank. This means they’ve been archived, but we can help! Just reach out to our Customer Experience Team, and we’ll work on restoring them.

On a Payment Plan?
If you have an active Easy Pay Payment Plan, the digital images in that order will not be available until the plan is fully paid off and processed.
- Copyright Release: Once the digital images have been purchased and released, you will also be able to access the Copyright Release. This document gives you the right to share and print the images taken by CADY and can be used to have your CADY images printed by other printing companies.
- Watermark: You may see the CADY watermark on your images prior to downloading them. Once you download and open the file on your device, the watermark will be removed.
