Our Studio and School Roadshow availability is shown on our website and is based on the session and scene options that are chosen, which means the availability can vary. The session dates are also in extremely high demand, so these tend to book up quickly.
You can view the availability we have two different ways. Either option will require you to visit our website's Book Your Session page.
1. Session Calendar
When visiting this page, scroll down to the bottom and select "Session Calendar" either under the "Choose Your Time" section or within the "What Dates Are Open To Take My Pictures" Quick FAQ. Enter the name of your school and you will see what is available for each type of session at each studio. You will also see if we have any School availability.
2. Booking A Session
If you'd prefer to look more in-depth into the specific session and scenes you want, you can begin the booking process by scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting "Book Now". You would then enter your school, favorite scenes, session, and add-ons. Once these are selected, in Step 6, you will see all availability at each location for what you have selected.
If there is no remaining availability prior to your school's Yearbook deadline, you can adjust the session size to view additional dates and times. Once all slots are booked on any given date, we are unable to accommodate any additional students. We would recommend selecting the next available appointment and/or reaching out to your school to confirm if a late submission could be accommodated.
